Rider families and Volunteers: you're invited to join us for our Bar-B-Que at the Barn on Sunday, July 19 from 12:30–3:00 PM at Eos Therapeutic Riding Center!

This event will replace our traditional end-of-year picnic and is an opportunity to celebrate the riders, volunteers, horses, and families that make Eos so special. Whether you ride, volunteer, support a rider, or help behind the scenes, you play an important role in our program, and we hope you’ll join us for an afternoon of fun, fellowship, and appreciation.

This year’s event will be a fun, come-and-go style celebration with food, activities, and time to connect with friends and family. Due to parking and seating limitations, there will not be a formal sit-down picnic. Seating will be available throughout the farm, but not enough for all guests at one time. Guests are welcome to bring a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy the farm, trails, and grounds throughout the afternoon.

Lunch will be catered by Dubelicious Grille and served from 12:30–2:45 PM. The menu will include:

• Pulled Pork or Pulled Chicken Sandwich

• Macaroni & Cheese

• Coleslaw or Broccoli Salad

There is no cost to attend. “Pay with your Heart” donations are appreciated to help offset event costs.

We encourage riders, volunteers, and their families to attend! Whether it’s grandparents, siblings, aunts, uncles, neighbors, or close friends, we’d love to welcome them to the farm and give them a chance to experience the place that means so much to our Eos community.

Activities will include face painting, sensory bins and coloring stations, basket raffles, ticketed games and prizes, and our Pie an Instructor fundraiser reward at 2:45 PM.

RSVP REQUIRED

An RSVP is required for all attendees, including family members and guests. Food, seating, parking, and activities will be planned based on RSVP numbers, and we must provide an accurate attendance count to our caterer in advance.

Please include everyone who plans to attend in your RSVP. If there is a chance you may attend, we ask that you RSVP. We understand that plans can change, and we would much rather adjust our numbers later than not have enough food and accommodations prepared for everyone who arrives.
